Simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and we'll issue you a full refund. Returned items should be unused and returned in original packaging, alongside any enclosed documentation.

This does not apply to Ready Mixed Glitter Grout, which cannot be returned under Hemway's returns policy.

• Goods will only be accepted for return within 14 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
• We recommend that customers returning goods for refund or exchange obtain a proof of sending certificate from the post office or courier company.
• We will process the refund within 48 hours on receipt of the return. Once processed, the refund will appear in your bank account in 5-10 working days.
